On the morning of April 11, 2025, a delegation from Université Paris Cité (UPCité), led by Professor Antoine Kouchner, Vice President for International Affairs and Director of the Astroparticle Physics and Cosmology Laboratory (APC), along with Professor Valérie Serre, Vice Dean for International Affairs at the Faculty of Science, and Dr. Jan Douat, Director of International Cooperation at the Faculty of Science, visited Tsung-Dao Lee Institute (TDLI). The delegation was welcomed by TDLI Director, Academician Jie Zhang, along with Vice Director and Distinguished Scholars Jianglai Liu, Ning Zhou, Donglian Xu, Kun Liu, Hao Zhou, Gwenael Giacinti, and International Affairs Secretary Yu. The delegation began with a tour of TDLI’s research facilities, including the PandaX Dark Matter and Neutrino Detection Laboratory, the TRIDENT Laboratory, and the Collider Laboratory, gaining an in-depth understanding of TDLI’s scientific framework and research infrastructure.

At the subsequent meeting, Director Jie Zhang extended a warm welcome to the delegation, providing an overview of TDLI’s establishment, strategic positioning, research directions, and future plans. He also highlighted the institute's ongoing international collaborations and future initiatives. Professor Kouchner expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and presented an introduction to Université Paris Cité, focusing on the university’s academic development, disciplinary structure, and international cooperation efforts. Professor Valérie Serre further detailed the international cooperation and projects within the Faculty of Science. Both sides engaged in productive discussions on talent development, joint research, and academic exchanges, expressing a mutual desire to strengthen collaboration and expand future cooperation across various fields.

Following the meeting, Professor Antoine Kouchner delivered a lecture to the faculty and students of TDLI, presenting the latest research findings from the KM3NeT Neutrino Telescope Project. Faculty and students actively participated in an insightful discussion regarding the KM3NeT project’s construction, research collaboration, and recent detection results.
