Chen's paper focused on the Long distance, high fidelity distributed fiber-optic vibration sensing technology based on the principle of time gated optical frequency domain reflectometry. It also solves the problem of spatial resolution and response rate of long distance vibration sensor, which has been highly remarked praised by international academic circles.
