On January 25, 2016, Financial Times (called FT) Global MBA Ranking 2016 was officially announced. The Antai College of Economics and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University ranked 39th in the world, entering into world's top 50 business college as the best business college in China. In addition, MBA at Renmin University of China (ranked 43th) and MBA at Fudan University (ranked 47th) was also in this ranking.
FT has a widespread influence in the world for its rigorous selection criteria and diversified index distribution. Every year, it will do a global ranking for MBA, EMBA, Master of Management and Executive Development Programs (EDP) of worldwide business colleges. All survey data is collected independently by itself without being affected by these business colleges. Top 10 in this ranking are world-class business colleges which enjoy great popularity all over the world. Previously, the latest global rankings in Master of Management, EMBA, EDP were announced, Master of Management, EMBA and EDP at SJTU ranked 36th, 10th and 15th respectively. For this result, Zhou Lin, the dean of Antai College of Economics and Management at SJTU, said that Antai has become the only business college whose MBA, EMBA, Master of Management and EDP ranked world's top 50, which embodies that Antai has been in the leading position in business teaching and practices. Not only that, Antai is also the only business college whose MBA and EMBA continuously rises in global ranking over three consecutive years. MBA has ranked 39th from 77th and 55th while EMBA ranked 10th from 32th and 17th.
